IMPORTANT: CERFO is designed to assist with wake-up routines but should not be relied upon as the sole method for waking up for critical appointments, medical treatments, or other time-sensitive obligations. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from failure of the alarm to activate, device malfunctions, or user error.
Voice recognition technology may not be 100% accurate. Factors such as background noise, speech clarity, accents, and device capabilities may affect recognition. We do not guarantee that voice recognition will work perfectly in all circumstances.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CERFO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
